I saw a piece that I liked, but can’t find it anymore!
We have two sections for our stock; our made to order items and our ready made items.
The made to order items are offered in a variety of color options. We will only start producing your pieces when order is received. Turnaround time is 3-5 business days.
Our ready made items is stock that we have on hand in limited quantities that we’ve made to experiment with more unique color pairings. It is possible for stock to sell out.
Will my items be exactly the same as the ones pictured on the website?
All our wood will have different natural grains and tones. We also stain and finish the wood before engraving and cutting our designs, followed by hand painting and applying a protective coating when finished. This results in unique characteristics in every piece we create so it’s truly your own.
Colors seen on the screen may also vary slightly from personal screens. We color match as close to the physical item as we can, but there may still be some discrepancies.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Our ready made items will take 1-3 turnaround days to process and ship out from date of order placement.
Our made to order items will take 3-5 turnaround days to complete and ship out from date of order placement.
Turnarounds days are only during business days, which do not include weekend and holidays. Please also note our turnaround time does not include the time your order is traveling through the postal network.
What if I purchase a ready made item and a made to order item?
You can purchase ready made and made to order items together, but your order will only be shipped out once the made to order item is completed. Please order the items separately if you need ready made items first.
How do I take care of my jewelry/accessories?
All our wood pieces are finished with a protective clear coat, but please continue to handle gently with love and care. Remove jewelry when showering or swimming. Keep away from all lotions, oils, solvents, and harsh chemicals. Store in the included air-tight bag to protect from scratching and tarnishing when not in use.

How do you ship orders?
We use USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail for US domestic shipping.
We use USPS International First Class Package for all international shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $75. Just select the Free Priority Mail Shipping shipping method at checkout.
Where are items shipped from?
All items are handcrafted and shipped out from Maui, Hawaii.
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! Can you correct it?
We will only ship to the address provided on the submitted order, so please make sure to provide the correct mailing address during checkout. We ask that you resubmit the order if address needs to be changed.
I didn't recieve my order yet.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there may be additional transit time. We recommend patience and allowing an extra week or two for your order to arrive.
Please be aware that Blue Moon Isle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not send replacements. If the tracking information for your package confirms the package was "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to file a missing report. We will gladly provide any information to assist you.
