Shipping policy
We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $75 (US domestic orders only).
Our standard shipping methods are USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail for US orders and USPS First Class International for worldwide orders. Please contact us if you would like to request any other shipping method.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We will only ship to the address provided on the submitted order, so please make sure to provide the correct mailing address. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays by USPS. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there may be additional transit time. We recommend patience and allowing an extra week or two for your order to arrive.
Please be aware that Blue Moon Isle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not send replacements. If the tracking information for your package confirms the package was "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to file a missing report. We will gladly provide any information to assist you.
