At Blue Moon Isle, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us some photos of the damaged items along with your order number and contact info. Replacements are only possible for the same items and cannot be substituted.
If you’ve changed your mind, purchases must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receiving your order to the following address:

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Blue Moon Isle is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we insist returned items must be shipped with tracking information. Please make sure to package and secure items for shipment, as any damage due to insufficient protection will void the return. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping charges.
Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used during time of purchase. Exchanges or refunds will not be issued after 30 days of order received date.
